Fluicoffee is a coffee roastery created with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and well-defined production processes. The operation involves batch control, roast standardization, and close monitoring of each production stage to ensure efficiency and reliability.

As part of the project, I developed an internal management system designed to support the specific needs of the roastery. The tool helps organize production workflows, centralize operational data, and reduce manual controls, providing better visibility and control over daily operations.

This project connects my experience in software development with the practical demands of a real coffee roastery, resulting in solutions closely aligned with the production process and business reality.
